One of the most beloved traditions during Easter in the Netherlands is the communal Easter breakfast. Enjoy an extensive breakfast with freshly baked bread rolls, eggs, cheese, and cold cuts.
Wherever you are, you can continue this tradition by organizing a special Easter breakfast for your family. Let your children help set the table and prepare treats such as pancakes shaped like Easter bunnies or colored eggs.

While you enjoy the delicious food together, the children can also run around, play, and explore the beautiful surroundings. I always find picnicking one of the most enjoyable things to do in spring!

Think about decorating eggs with paint, glitter, and stickers, making paper Easter bunnies, or crafting a cheerful Easter basket. These craft projects are not only fun to do but also help develop your children’s creativity and fine motor skills.
