Your child receives weekly 1-on-1 lessons via Google Meet, at a fixed time with the same teacher.

Every lesson is 45 minutes long and built around a weekly theme, such as animals, seasons, travel, or holidays.

All lesson materials are sent by email. Your child can print them out or work in our digital learning environment.

Some families combine or switch from De Oranje Koe to Dutch for Kids

Zürich has a large Dutch community, and many families initially choose De Oranje Koe — a lovely place where children can meet each other in a group setting. However, some parents find that the distance is challenging, or that it takes several hours every Saturday morning or after school.

That’s why families regularly switch to Dutch for Kids. They appreciate that their children can receive 1-on-1, level-based lessons at home, at a time and pace that fits their schedule.
